Description

We are recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator to work at our MRF site in Braunstone Frith, Leicester. You would be weighing in and weighing out bin lorries and artic lorries.

The hours are:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

There is an expectation to occassionality help out on a saturday when required.

Key Responsibilities

Weigh in and weigh out vehicles using the commercial System
Scanning all supporting documents to weigh tickets in the Commercial System
Complete daily reports, paperwork and communicate with the Operations Team and Commercial Team
Support with goods checks, booking of goods in transportation
Support with contacting suppliers every Wednesday to ascertain load requirements for the following week
Support with booking transport for all collected loads (Residue/Glass)
Support with raising all delivery reference numbers for direct deliveries and collected loads.
Support with Updating ‘Goods in MRF Plan’ & ‘Purchase Schedule’
Support with emailing delivery references to all relevant parties
Support the Transport & Logistics Co-Ordinator with managing incoming loads throughout the week, updating schedule and deleting incomplete loads the following week
Support the Transport & Logistics Co-Ordinator in Completing MQMS documents for KPI’s
Support with sending load details and photos on all export sales
Attend Alternate Monthly HSEQ Meetings as the Weighbridge Representative

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Good Telephone Manner Required
Previous Administration Experience Required
Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
Good Organisational Skills and Attention to Detail
