Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation.
Support implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up on corrective actions.
Assist with audit planning and facilitation.
Review financial statements and disclosures for audit readiness.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and publish monthly/quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports covering financial, tax, and compliance metrics.
Analyse trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with internal departments (Accounting, Legal, Audit, Operations) to gather information and ensure compliance with tax policies.
Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, and auditors for technical support.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Skills:

Proficient in MIS preparation and reporting, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Navision
Knowledge of Indian Direct Tax and Indirect Tax (GST) laws.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA

Experience:

2–3+ years of relevant experience in audit, MIS reporting, and compliance.
Hands on experience in Navision ERP or Oracle

Candidates from manufacturing, FMCG, consumer durables will be preferred.
