Description

You will manager a team of HGV Technicians, Apprentices, Maintenance Engineers, a Service Coordinator and a Fleet Administrator. You will ensure MOT compliance for our fleet of lorries including Artic and Roll on Roll off.

The role will include managing PPM's and reactive maintenance at our site in Enderby, Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and be responsible for the Workshop and Engineering Department including a team of HGV Technicians, Engineers, a Service Coordinator and Administrator
Oversea the maintenance of our fleet of HGV, Plant Equipment and Material Handling Equipment
Meet agreed KPI’s, implement positive change, manage weak and strong performance.
Complete risk assessments and maintain health and safety standards
Ensure the smooth running of PPM’s and reactive maintenance within the plant
Ensure targeted MOT pass rates are achieved

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous experience of running a busy HGV fleet workshop
Excellent Organisationsal Skills and Attention to detail
Previous experience of working in a fast moving maintenance environment
Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook and other computer based programs
Qualification is HGV maintenance
Full UK drivers Licence
