About the role

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead & expand the ESG advisory practice - Build and mentor a team and develop client relationships in ESG domains.

- Drive ESG business development - Prepare proposals, scope projects, and secure new clients in sustainability advisory.

- Design and implement ESG strategy - Including materiality mapping, climate risk assessment, GHG foot printing, decarbonization planning aligned with SBTi, and standards like GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, ESG framework, BRSR reporting.

- Manage ESG reporting and assurance - Oversee data collection, assurance engagements, sustainability disclosures, zero‑waste and ISO certifications.

- Lead commercial strategy - Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and competitiveness.

- Stay ahead of global sustainability trends - Advise leadership on ESG risks/opportunities and foster a culture of customer‑centric innovation in the organization.

What we need from you

Minimum 10 years of experience in ESG & EHS
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency as a Lead ISO 45001 Auditor
Immediate Joiner - 15 Days or less
