About the Role

RLG Romania, part of Reconomy, is strengthening its Finance team in Bucharest and we’re looking for an Accountant to join us.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency—working closely with international colleagues and supporting seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR)

📊 Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing

📁 Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations

📈 Support tax reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting

📌 Process general ledger entries, accruals, and provisions

📆 Assist in audits and collaborate with external auditors

⚡ Contribute to process improvements and ERP system enhancements

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What You Bring

5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field
Solid knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

CECCAR membership
Experience in international environments
Knowledge of ERP systems
