About the role

Handling compliances pertaining to Goods and Service Tax Act, VAT etc.
Ability to manage GST compliances of multiple states (preparation of monthly working, GST payment, monthly filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, yearly filing of GSTR-9 & 9C, reconciliation of GST input with GSTR-2A/2B, reconciliation of input and output GST etc.)
Assessment and Litigations - Handling Sales Tax, VAT & GST Audit, reply of VAT & GST notices and handling cases and dealing with Tax Authorities
Liasoning with external consultants while handling litigations under VAT & GST laws
Monitoring of other business compliances like Trade, Shop & Establishment License, LWF etc.
Coordinate with Tax Authorities, External consultants / Auditor, Internal Auditor, Vendors / Recyclers / Other stakeholders

What we need from you

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant with 10 to 15 years of experience in Direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliances, audit management and MIS reporting.
Candidates from Manufacturing & commodity trading will be preferred.
