About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People team at ASC. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and is keen to build further experience within recruitment and HR.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a smooth, professional, and positive experience. This will include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting day‑to‑day recruitment activity to ensure processes run efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract, offering hybrid working, with on‑site presence based at our Bradford office (BD12) when required.

In return, we offer a salary of £26,000–£28,000, depending on experience, along with a structured development plan, including tailored training and ongoing mentorship to support your growth within Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
Support early‑stage screening and maintain organised talent pipelines.
Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
Support assessments when needed, including logistics, preparation, and candidate follow‑up
Maintain accurate candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System
Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
Support ad‑hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition and wider People team

What we need from you

Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR support role (desirable but not essential)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with systems and managing high volumes of information
Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑moving environment
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
