ReBound is a tech-enabled returns management specialist that helps global brands run smarter, scalable, and more sustainable returns operations combining returns software with a broad logistics/partner network to support end-to-end returns.

ReBound sits within Reconomy’s re-use division. Reconomy is a tech-led circular economy services provider helping businesses move from “take-make-waste” to circular models, with services delivered across recycle, comply, and re-use.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn commercial, operational, and financial data into clear insights that improve decision-making across the business. You’ll build dashboards, develop well structured datasets, and partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and client facing teams, bridging business needs with scalable data solutions.

You’ll have the chance to drive measurable operational and sustainability impact in a business that’s directly connected to circularity and re-use, helping brands improve the way returns are handled at scale.

Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing

Develop insightful dashboards and analyses using business intelligence tools (Tableau / Power BI).
Build, manage, and optimize datasets and datamarts using SQL.
Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements together with stakeholders in either Finance or Operations.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver continuous improvements through data.
Provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders (e.g., Product Owners, Operations, Sales, Finance) by answering queries and supplying actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with the Data Platform squad (Data Engineers, Data Scientist, Product Owner) to ensure reliable and scalable data sources.
Act as the link between business needs and technical data solutions, ensuring complexity is presented in an understandable way.
Analyse and connect commercial, operational, and financial data to provide trends, forecasts, and recommendations to the business.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
Strong SQL skills (queries, views, reporting).
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
Good design sense and UI/UX awareness for dashboards.
Experience working in a DWH environment and understanding of database best practices.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and communication.
Excellent business English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience with SCRUM or other agile ways of working.
Technical study background (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent).
