Description

Responsible for designing and managing India-focused awareness programs and campaigns aligned with global guidelines, including on-ground activations and digital/social media initiatives. Tracks and reports nationwide product collection from marketing efforts, and evaluates monthly campaign performance across digital platforms, on-ground activities, and brand presence to ensure effective brand management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Business Support

Manage the corporate/ SME sponsorships and their on boarding for company driven marketing programs as part of their EPR Plan.
Designing and configuring the India Marketing solutions to include cost modeling and gross margins in line with the India and Global financial parameters.
Establish and create robust marketing programs, internal business practices & business services that will build a strong brand image of company in the circular economy domain and sustainability solution provider industry.
Regularly assess India and global players online and marketing presence to design and present company’s thought leadership position in the relevant audience and industry.

Social & Digital Media Management:

Develop the Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing strategy for driving Organic Traffic on the Website/Digital Media of and increase its Digital presence
Manage and ensure effective and required event – internal and external are covered through Online/ Social & Digital Media presence and Engagement.

Marketing Agencies Management

Ensure the Digital and Social media Marketing Program contents designed by the external vendors and agencies are in sync and is meeting the established company SOP, marketing strategies and Government Environment Compliances and EPR Regulatory guidelines.
Utilizing the Call Centre Operations/Toll -free number/website to bring in business efficiencies in respective Client EPR Plan Management and Awareness Campaigns.
Creation of training & awareness/marketing content management for different stakeholder categories which include – Schools, Youth, Bulk Consumers, RWAs, Informal Sectors, Industry players, market players and other stakeholders

Marketing, Promotion & Awareness Management

Develop the Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing strategy for driving Organic Traffic on the Website/Digital Media of India and increase its Digital presence.
Creation, Design and Implement E-waste Management Awareness programs as per client requirements through the team of marketing agencies.
Organization of Awareness Workshops in identified key states across Pan India through the hired agencies. plan the most cost-effective strategies for increasing the ROI of each Marketing activity and spend.
Analyzing the ROI of each activity and plan the most cost-effective strategies for increasing the ROI of each marketing activity and spend.
Devise Effective PR Strategies and Communication Strategies, Sales Kit and Marketing collaterals that strengthen the Brand Image and Awareness Campaign proposition.
Prepare the Marketing and Branding Budget and ATL/BTL activities.
Analyzing the ROI of each activity.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

At least 8-12 years of work experience as a Marketing Solution provider, Corporate Sales or Advertising Sales Multitasker and Proactive Planner and Process-oriented
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders- Global H.Q., Indian Outsourced agency, Diverse Internal Team, Multiple Vendors from Diverse cultural background.
Expertise in social media/Digital Marketing platforms or Marketing revenue generation Activities/ Online Marketing & Sales.
Exposure in designing and delivering Corporate Marketing Campaigns and activities in Electronic industries Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Advertising Sales, Marketing, Journalism, Sales or relevant field.
Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
Preferred if has Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
