MRF Maintenance Engineer (Nights)

Compensation: £21.90 / hour

Description

You will be working within our Maintenance Team at our MRF site in Braunstone Frith, Leicester. You will be performing PPM's and reactive maintenance on our fixed plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

To maintain the MRF plant equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, goods manufacturing practices, schedules and health & safety
Operate the plant process when required
Machine start up, routine and not routine plant maintenance
Ensure KPI’s are achieved and machine down time is at a minimum
Monitor, report and action equipment performance
Complete relevant manufacturing and engineering documentation
Maintain housekeeping on site, work areas and MRF equipment areas
Communicate machine status and performance to the maintenance supervisor
Ensure effective handovers are completed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Level 3 or equivalent in engineering/maintenance
Engineering or maintenance experience
Experience or knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Analytical and logical thought process
Ability to diagnose issues and problem solve
Results driven and ability to stick to deadlines
Your own tools
