You will be working within our Maintenance Team at our site in Enderby, Leicestershire. You will be supporting the team with administration tasks such as

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain stock records and ensure stock levels are monitored
Book third-party repair and maintenance works
Obtain quotes and pricing from suppliers
Track and manage jobs from initial booking through to completion
Support the fleet and maintenance team with general administrative duties
Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation throughout

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet or maintenance
Strong organisational skills and time management
High levels of accuracy and data inputting
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
Confident handling documents, prices, and third-party coordination
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
