The Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is an innovative technology service provider for global players in the materials management sector. Through our scalable platform solutions, we overcome challenges in consumer goods and material take-backs worldwide and connect all stakeholders within the reverse logistics value chain. About the role

Monitor, review, and respond to incoming requests received through webforms and email.
Accurately log, update, and maintain records within the request tracking system.
Assess, categorize, and route requests to the appropriate department or team for timely resolution.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established procedures, service standards, and quality expectations.
Collaborate closely with RLG Operations staff to support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Demonstrate flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including overtime, when operational requirements demand.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What we need from you

Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a customer service role.
Proven experience working in an operational environment with tight deadlines.
Experience with waste management service delivery.
Experience working in an operational environment would be considered an asse
