What I do at Reconomy
As a People Systems Manager, I oversee the setup, optimisation, and day to day management of all People systems across Reconomy. This includes our core HRIS, supporting employee data, absence, and payroll integration, as well as our ATS, which underpins effective recruitment. I’m responsible for ensuring our systems are efficient, user‑friendly, compliant with policy and legislation, and continuously improved to better support our People teams, managers, and employees.
Who am I?
I first joined Reconomy as a Recruitment Administrator, and over the past four years I’ve had the chance to move teams and grow my role into People systems. Before that, I worked in HR Administration, Customer Service, and IT Support — all of which have played a big part in shaping the skills I use every day as an People Systems Manager.
