HR is a strategic priority in Combineering. To make room for even more HR business development, we are looking for a student worker to help us transition daily HR administrative tasks to a shared business center in Europe. You will be part of the full process – as well as included in everyday ad hoc tasks.

We are a greentech development company that converts waste and residues from both public and private companies into new raw materials. We have built-up know-how about processes and industrial production, as well as experience with large logistical processes, through over 40 years.. We develop innovative and unique solutions, all aimed at reducing waste, maximizing recycling, and reducing CO2 emissions.

About the role

In your new job, you will be...

...working closely with our People & Culture consultant as well as international colleagues to describe the Danish administrative HR processes, build on and refine existing templates within HR administration, and timeline both tasks and processes during the transition period. You will work with dedicated colleagues, backed up by years of experience and full of a genuine ‘let’s go do this – it’s going to be great’ - attitude. With the support of the HR team, you will be involved in stakeholder management for the process – and perform an integral role in ensuring dynamic and results-focused project management.

As our ideal candidate you are:

A few years into your studies, aiming to become cand.soc in HRM, cand.psyc, cand.soc, cand.merc or cand.jur at a Danish university
A structured worker, attentive to detail
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (our company language is English)
Equipped with strong administrative and organizational skills
Able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Service minded and cooperating well with all types of people
Able to work confidently within MS Office

Should you have any previous experience working with HR or within HR systems, it is of course an advantage – but not a prerequisite for the position.
