About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Credit Control Administrator to join our Credit Control team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Credit Controllers with a variety of day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking to prove themselves in a fast‑paced finance environment and develop strong experience within credit control, customer account management, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

Opening new customer accounts.
Logging customer queries and directing them for resolution.
Responding promptly and accurately to internal and external queries.
Processing incoming remittances.
Inputting electronic invoicing data.
Issuing final demands on top service.
Preparing legal packs.
Chasing customers for any failed Direct Debit payments.
Monitoring 3 Credit Control inboxes.

What we need from you

Confident and professional on the phone
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well as part of a team
