With a proven track record, we work with hundreds of clients across the globe, including regional and national companies across various industries. Leveraging strong partnerships with over 6,000 haulers, we help our clients achieve greater waste efficiency, increased recycling, improved sustainability data, and cost savings, all while moving toward a more sustainable, waste-free future.

About the role

Answering incoming customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Responding to customer questions regarding waste and recycling services.
Assisting customers with ongoing service requests and account needs.
Schedule waste and recycling services based on customer requirements.
Coordinate service requests with vendors and internal departments.
Confirm that scheduled services have been completed successfully.
Process service changes, updates, and cancellations as requested.
Maintain complete and accurate customer account information.
Investigate missed pickups, scheduling problems, and other service issues.
Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up on outstanding service requests and unresolved issues.
Document customer communications, service updates, and resolutions.

What we need from you

High school or equivalent (Required)
2-5 years of experience in Customer service
Strong time management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
